Some of these businesses may <br />also have leaking pipes or other potential quality hazards that may impact the MS4. <br />Responsible Staff /Position: <br />Public Works Director 651.766.4049 <br />Measurable Goals: <br />1. Count the number of staff trained for illicit discharge detection and elimination. <br />Implementation Schedule: <br />1. Explore opportunity to coordinate with RWMWD for training by March 2004. <br />2. City staff responsible for inspection will be trained by March 2005. <br />Education Program/Public Outreach Component: <br />1. Audience or audiences: City staff. <br />2.
