MS4 Program Administration <br />City of Little Canada <br />2 <br /> <br />\\Minneapolis4\n\Proposals\City of Little Canada, MN\2026 MS4 Administration\LTCA MS4 Administration.docx <br /> <br />Task 3: Annual Report <br />· As required by the City’s MS4 permit, compile and document the prior year’s MS4 activity into <br />an Annual Report <br />· The Annual Report must address several requirements set forth by the MPCA, including but not <br />limited to General MS4 Activities, Education Efforts, Inspections, Enforcement, Training, and <br />TMDL Progress. <br />· The Annual Report will be submitted to the MPCA upon its completion. <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose that this task be billed at an hourly not-to- <br />exceed basis in the amount of $7,500. <br /> <br />Task 4: Supplemental Support, As Requested <br />· City staff will continue to be responsible for the following components of the MS4 Program: <br />o Utility mapping updates <br />o BMP & Outfall inspections <br />o Staff training <br />o Site Plan Reviews <br />o Public Education and Outreach <br />· Throughout the year, Bolton & Menk MS4 staff may be asked to support or supplement the <br />City’s efforts in overall program management. <br />· Work under this task will only be performed at the direct request of the City <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose that this task be hourly. <br /> <br />Fee Summary <br />Based on the work plan described above, the summary of tasks and associated fees is outlined below: <br /> Task 1: Self Audit $12,000 <br /> Task 2: Routine MS4 Inspections $15,000 <br /> Task 3: Annual Report $7,500 <br /> Task 4: Supplemental Support Hourly <br /> Total: $34,500 <br /> <br /> <br />Please let us know if you have questions or need additional information. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />Paul Strong, PE Eric Seaburg, PE <br />Water Resources Project Manager Principal Engineer
