Using the TAC Report as guidance and working in partnership with the City, the selected <br />proposer will prepare architectural drawings and support the development of building-level cost <br />estimates. <br />Anticipate the use of one bid package to maximize efficiency, support local subcontractor <br />participation, minimize construction duration, and address long-lead-time materials or high-risk <br />cost escalation components through a unified bid package. <br />The selected proposer will enter into an agreement with the City using the City’s Professional <br />Services Agreement. A copy of this agreement is attached hereto. The City objects to and rejects <br />terms and conditions submitted by the proposer which are inconsistent with the agreement. <br />The selected proposer may propose additional terms and conditions not inconsistent with the <br />agreement, which the City may, with or without cause, choose to accept or reject. <br />Project Budget <br />Funding for the project has been identified in the City’s Capital Improvement Program. The <br />current budgetary estimate for the project is $4,175,000, with construction anticipated in 2027. <br />Anticipated Project Schedule <br />The following schedule is provided for planning purposes and is subject to change at the City’s <br />discretion: <br />• RFP Issued: February 12, 2026 <br />• Pre-Proposal Conference: February 23, 2026 <br />• Questions Deadline: February 27, 2026 <br />• Proposals Due: March 13, 2026 <br />• Evaluation & Interviews (if conducted): March 2026 <br />• City Council Authorization: March 25, 2026 <br />• Schematic Design Phase Completion: June 30, 2026 <br />• Construction Anticipated: 2027 <br />Project Roles and Responsibilities <br />City of Little Canada <br />The City will provide overall project direction, policy decisions, and approvals at key milestones.
