SP 200-010-003, SP 200-020-013, SP 200-101-013 <br />SAP 200-101-014, SAP 200-101-015 <br />Total Agreement Costs: $4,149,449 Attachments: <br />City of Little Canada Cost: $2,252,996 A – Engineer’s Estimate <br />Ramsey County Cost: $1,896,453 B – Project Location Map <br />This Agreement is between the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") for the <br />reconstruction of Little Canada Road (CSAH 21) from County Road C to the East I-35E <br />Ramp Terminal and Country Drive (MSAS 101) from Little Canada Road to South <br />Owasso Boulevard (“Project”). <br />RECITALS <br />1.The Project is identified in Ramsey County’s 2026 – 2030 Transportation Improvement <br />Program. <br />2.Little Canada Road, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated as County <br />State Aid Highway (CSAH) 21. Country Drive, in the area affected by reconstruction <br />and rehabilitation, is designated as Municipal State Aid Street (MSAS) 101. <br />3.The project has been designated by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) <br />and is eligible for Federal Aid funds. <br />4.The Project has been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(Mn/DOT) as eligible for County State Aid Highway funds. <br />5.The Project has been designated as Federal Aid Projects (SP) and State Aid Projects <br />(S.A.P.) 062-621-012, 062-621-013, 200-010-003, 200-020-013, 200-101-013, 200- <br />101-014. <br />6.The subject road segment is located within and along the City border.
