ATTACHMENT "A" MONTHLY RATES A five tier system consisting of: 1) The cost for the low volume service rate shall be $2.75 per bag. The service will be offered to residents over the age of 65. The service will consist of a prepaid sticker purchased directly from the Contractor and applied to the bag which is placed on the curbside for pick -up on collection day. If a sticker is not present during collection, no pick -up will be made. 2) Monthly cost for the 30 gallon service (one 30 gallon can) will be $948 $8.29. 3) Monthly cost for the 60 gallon service (two 30 gallon cans) will be $44782 $9.77. 4) Monthly cost for the 90 gallon service (three 30 gallon cans) will be $421 -8 $11.79. 5) Monthly cost for the 150 gallon service (five 30 gallon cans) will be $4-5A9 $14.38. Services levels above include the disposal of one Christmas tree per year not wrapped in a plastic bag free of ornaments and tinsel from every residential dwelling unit. Each homeowner will be allowed to make a service selection once per year. Additional selections during the year would require a $15 administrative fee payable to the residents Contractor. Recycling shall be picked up every week on the same day as refuse collection. The fee for service shall be billed as a separate item from the refuse collection. The fee will be $2.00 per month per residence and will include pick -up of the following goods: #1 &2 plastics with a neck, junk mail, magazines, bi -metal cans, aluminum, glass, newspaper, ledger paper, and corrugated cardboard. Monthly rates are comprised of the following components. Prorata increases /decreases to disposal costs shall be made against these base components.
