the boulevard adjoining the curb ( "Additional Service "). Additional <br />collection and service fens are described in Attachment "B ". <br />b. Location. Residential dwelling units shall have their additional items at <br />the boulevard adjoining the curb, unless additional service has been <br />requested by the resident owners. <br />c. <br />units upon request by the resident made to the Contractor. Additional <br />service shall be rendered by the Contractor upon request by the <br />resident owner and at the regular frequency of collection service. <br />B. Disposal Services. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the Contractor <br />shall be responsible for payment of all disposal or tipping fees and related taxes, <br />surcharges or tariffs applied to these fees or related to the weight, volume, strength, <br />or content of refuse and yard waste collected under this Contract. <br />C. Service Schedule. <br />1. Hours. The Contractor shall perform all collection services between the hours of <br />7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on Monday through Friday, except when and <br />emergency exists, at which time the Contractor shall notify the City of such <br />emergency. The Contractor may perform collection services on Saturday <br />when a holiday falls on a weekday. <br />2. Collection Days. The Contractor shall provide Day - Certain refuse collection. <br />Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties hereto, collection services will be <br />on Wednesday. <br />a. The Contractor may request a change in the day of pickup by requesting <br />such change in writing to the City at least thirty (30) fourteen (14) <br />days from the proposed date the requested change is to take effect. A <br />change shall be effected only upon authorization from the City and <br />fourteen -day notice to the resident. <br />b. The Contractor shall bear all costs involved in notifying residents of <br />approved schedule changes. <br />c. The Contractor may request a change in the route schedule by requesting <br />such change in writing to the City at least thirty (30) days from the <br />proposed date the requested change is to take effect.
