Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW <br />EXCEPTION TO NOISE ORDINANCE <br />PROPOSAL: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Request for an exception to the City's Noise Ordinance to allow the <br />possibility of construction activities on the Arcade Bridge Project on <br />Sunday's between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. from January 1, 2002 through May <br />11, 2002. <br />The purpose of this exception is to provide the contractor with the <br />opportunity to expedite construction. The selected bidder may choose <br />not to take advantage of this option. <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council will review this request on <br />Wednesday, October 24, 2001 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as <br />parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, <br />October 24, 2001. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing- impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
