A copy of our report to the Council is attached for your review. I would like to meet with you to discuss this in greater detail. If possible, I would like to do so at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11th on Condit Street by your properties. If questions or concerns remain after our meeting, you can discuss them further with the City Council at their meeting of September 12, 2001. (I have enclosed a floor agenda for your review.) I am requesting that you meet with me prior to attending the Council meeting so I can clarify any questions you may have regarding the report or the recommendation of City Staff. If you do not feel further discussion with the City Council is necessary after our meeting; we will delete the item from the agenda. As an aside, the Council did not require the developer to dedicate additional right -of- way for Condit at this time. Rather, we will get a commitment from them that if it is determined within the next five years that additional right -of -way is needed from the east side of Condit, the developers will grant it to us at that time. Please confirm with me that my suggested meeting time and location is acceptable to you. I look forward to meeting with you.
