These standards will include but may not be limited to <br />streetscape improvements including landscaping, lighting and other features; pedestrian <br />connections; development standards; sustainability; architecture standards; and signage <br />4.02 Prepare draft development plan for Technical Advisory Committee review <br />4.02 Review draft development plan with the Technical Advisory Committee <br />4.03 Conduct Open House to solicit input from the community at large <br />4.04 Review input from Open House with Technical Advisory Committee <br />4.05 Prepare final development plan reflecting modifications recommended by the Technical <br />Advisory Committee <br />Deliverables: <br />• Final report (thirty copies) . <br />• Large -scale panels summarizing development plan directions (one set to each City and <br />agency) <br />• Electronic files will be assembled in Microsoft Word, Adobe Pagemaker, AutoCAD, <br />ArcView, and PDF formats as appropriate; electronic information will be conveyed on CD- <br />ROM <br />B. SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The following services have not been requested by the CITY but are available, upon authorization, <br />front the CONSULTANT. <br />1. Meetings in addition to those specified in Basic Services. <br />2.
