The following is a summary of <br />the findings. <br />Proposed System: <br />The work included a make -up air system (along with associated ductwork, controls <br />and equipment) for the vehicle areas. In all, up to six air changes were specified as <br />necessary to meet current code and life /safety requirements. The office area included a <br />new system to pressurize the space and prohibit air flow from the vehicle areas. The <br />estimates were to include all cutting, patching, electrical work and repairs for a <br />complete installation. <br />Cost Estimates: <br />The following contractors provided cost estimates for the proposed work. Note that <br />each contractor took a slightly different approach to the task at hand. Since the specs <br />that were prepared were not fully engineered and detailed, the estimates below are <br />good educated guesses by the professionals but not necessarily firm and all inclusive. <br />Note that Apollo's and Dependable's estimates are attached and Horowitz' estimate is <br />forthcoming. <br />Page 109 <br />
