This pay estimate includes portions of street paving, storm sewer, and the MTC bus <br />hub work. The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by Palda and Sons, Inc. and <br />finds it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. <br />Based on the above, I recommend Council approval of Partial Pay Estimate No.2 in the amount <br />of $381,101.50. <br />H:Uessica7\ Agenda \November 17 \Partial #2 Palda.doc <br />Page 32 <br />
