Hanson <br />Email: cityhall@ci.little-canada.mn.us <br />June 20, 2000 <br />Sinclair Station <br />228 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Attn: Linda Rowlette <br />Re: Sale of Tobacco to a Minor <br />Dear Linda: <br />As I notified you today, a tobacco compliance check of the Sinclair Station at 228 Little <br />Canada Road was conducted by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department on June 14th <br />the results of which are that a minor was sold tobacco products by an employee of this <br />store in violation of Section 802 of the Little Canada City Code (see attached). <br />This is the second violation that has occurred in the past six months at this station, and <br />the second violation carries an administrative fine of $500.00. Therefore, attached is an <br />invoice in that amount. <br />Please note that the first violation has not been paid. In order for Sinclair's tobacco <br />license to be renewed effective July lst at this location, I will require that both invoices be <br />paid in full prior to that date. <br />Please be advised that you have a right to a hearing before the City Council on this <br />matter.
