bituminous roadway is to be completed by Developer no later than August 1, <br />2001. Original plans and subsequent changes for said improvements shall be <br />prepared by Brent T. Roshell of Passe Engineering, Inc., and approved by <br />the City Engineer in accordance with City specifications and standards. <br />Developer shall also be responsible for the restoration of any damage <br />caused to Jackson Street by their project. Said restoration shall be to <br />the City's standards. <br />6. Pre- construction Meeting. Prior to the commencement of work, <br />Developer or its engineer shall schedule a pre- construction meeting to be <br />held at the Little Canada City Hall at a mutually agreeable date and time. <br />Said meeting shall include all parties concerned, including, but not <br />limited to, City staff, Developer's engineer, Developer's contractor(s), <br />Developer's builder, and affected utilities. The purpose of this meeting <br />will be to review the work program for construction to achieve a <br />coordinated approach. <br />7. Inspection and Staking. Developer shall instruct its engineer to <br />provide adequate field inspection personnel to ensure the project is <br />constructed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. In <br />addition, the City's Engineer, at Developer's expense, shall also inspect <br />the construction of the improvements for the purpose of certifying the same <br />and recommending acceptance of any public improvements by City. Developer <br />shall also complete construction staking for the project at Developer's <br />expense. <br />8. Easements. The Developer shall acquire and dedicate easements as <br />necessary for the construction and maintenance of the public improvements <br />pursuant to City requirements. The Developer shall pay all costs relating <br />to the acquisition of the necessary easements, including attorneys' fees, <br />age 201 <br />
