Green Company, dated March 3, <br />2000, File : 809310J -0240 and offer the following responses: <br />Item #1: Drawings will be revised to show at least three (3) one -foot wide curb cuts in the <br />curb including riprap along the east side of the new parking lot. <br />Item #5: Drawings will be revised to show a catch basin structure located on the west side <br />of the sidewalk at the end of the drainage swale. A pipe will be installed from the <br />catch basin under the sidewalk and daylight on the other side of the retaining wall. <br />Riprap and other appropriate erosion control will be provided at the pipe outlet. <br />Item #s 2, 3 & 4: The owner is currently in the process of preparing documentation for the <br />easements noted. <br />We respectfully request the Planning Commission recommend approval of the project.
