Existing garage doors (10' wide) are to narrow. <br />Combined office /break/locker room area in back has no privacy. <br />Inadequate ventilation. <br />Spooner Park Garage = 575 SF. Share this Space with LCRA. <br />Pioneer Park Building = 280 SF. Share this Space with Coaches, etc. <br />Due to shape of area and security we do not store very much <br />equipment/supplies at this site. <br />Total Existing Space: About 11,000 SF <br />• Number of Public Works Employees: <br />5 Full Time, 1 Part Time, 6 Seasonal. <br />• Needs: <br />1) Need sufficient space to efficiently store and maintain equipment that <br />is needed to perform maintenance on the City of Little Canada <br />infrastructure. <br />Note: We have been downsizing /cleaning out equipment and supplies <br />but still do not have enough room. <br />2) Need sufficient space for employees to prepare for work, take breaks, <br />eat lunch, and cleanup at the end of the workday. <br />3) Need sufficient office area to prepare daily paper work and keep <br />records on equipment and city infrastructure. <br />4) Need employees under one roof to enable greater efficiencies in <br />scheduling and coordination of workers. <br />File: h /gregs /Public Works Workshop <br />Page 89 <br />
