Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PRIVATE <br />PROPERTY SUMP PUMP INSPECTION PROGRAM <br />Section I. Information on Proposals <br />The City of Little Canada is requesting proposals from experienced firms to complete the <br />inspection of private property sump pump connections to the City's sanitary sewer system. The <br />City has already completed approximately 1,000 of approximately 2,200 properties. The <br />proposal should be submitted to: <br />Greg Schroeder <br />Public Works Director <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 E. Little Canada Rd. <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Proposals must be received no later than: Thursday, December 30, 1999, 12:00 noon. <br />The Public Works Director is scheduled to make a recommendation on the preferred proposal to <br />the City Council on January 5, 2000. <br />Section II. Minimum Requirements for Submitting a Proposal <br />To be eligible to qualify as an inspecting firm, the following minimum requirements must be <br />met: <br />A. The firm must demonstrate that it has the necessary trained personnel to effectively <br />conduct the house -to -house sump pump inspection program within the allotted timeframe <br />(see Section III). <br />B. The firm must have prior experience conducting sump pump inspections in cities within <br />the State of Minnesota. <br />Page 24 <br />
