MINUTES <br />CONCEPT <br />REVIEW OF <br />TIRE STORE <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 10, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day <br />of February, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. <br />and the following members of the City Council were present at roll <br />call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. George Borer <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Brian Behm <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOUTION NO. 99 -2 -32 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY 19, 1999 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />AND THE JANUARY 27, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey indicated that given the fact that the concept for <br />development of a tire store as well as retail space on the property <br />located south of Gas -N -Go on Rice Street would assemble and <br />redevelopment several lots, the Council is willing to reconsider this <br />proposal. Fahey indicated that in order to move forward with this <br />concept, he would like to be assured that the retail space in the <br />Page 26 <br />
