Waterworks Trail from Little Canada Road south to Sextant — <br />trail improvements - $100,000 <br />12. Round Lake Park — trail and site improvements - $150,000 <br />Sanders noted that the City has been hesitant to proceed with these <br />improvements along the lake given there are still some homes to acquire. <br />Sanders suggested that some improvements could be made at this time to <br />tie a couple of sections of trail together. <br />13. North /South Connection — Country Drive and Rice Street to <br />Troutbrook — trail improvements — see feasibility study <br />14. Westwinds Park — play area and site improvements - $50,000 <br />Sanders felt the neighborhood in the Westwinds area was large enough to <br />warrant a small play area. <br />15. Sanders added that he has noted heavy usage <br />on the west side of the park and felt a large picnic shelter would be a good <br />addition to the park. <br />17.
