CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 815.010.5., 815.020.7., 815.025(C) AND <br />(I), AND 815.035 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE AS IT <br />RELATES TO LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 815.010.5. is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />815.010.5. Provides confirmation that no director, member of the governing body, <br />employee, or consultant of the organization has been convicted in State or Federal Court <br />of a felony or gross misdemeanor involving theft, dishonesty or false statement, or <br />involving the sale or possession of a controlled substance within five (5) years <br />immediately prior to the issuance of the license or has ever been convicted of a crime <br />involving gambling or has had a license issued by the Board or Director revoked for <br />violation of Law or Board Rule regulating lawful gambling. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 815.020.7. is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />815.020.7. Confirmation that no director, member of the governing body, <br />employee, or consultant of the organization has been convicted of a felony or a gross <br />misdemeanor involving theft, dishonestly, or false statement, or involving the sale or <br />possession of a controlled substance, within five (5) years immediately prior to the <br />issuance of the license or has ever been convicted of a crime involving gambling or has <br />had a license issued by the Board or Director revoked for a violation of law or Board <br />Rule regulating lawful gambling. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 815.025(C) and (I) is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />Section 815.025(C) The holder of a premises permit or bingo hall license shall <br />notify the City in writing of any change in its officers, directors, employees, members, or <br />consultants within ten (10) days of any change in the identify of those individuals. <br />Simultaneously with the written notice, the organization shall provide confirmation that <br />no officer or member of the governing body has been convicted in State or Federal Court <br />of a felony or a gross misdemeanor within five (5) years immediately prior to the <br />issuance of the license or has ever been convicted of a crime involving gambling or has <br />PAGE 178 <br />
