to the City that to the best of its knowledge the construction of <br />improvements to serve the Twin Lake Pines subdivision will comply with all <br />City (Vadnais Heights and Little Canada), County, Metropolitan, State and <br />Federal laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, subdivision <br />ordinances, zoning ordinances, noise ordinances, and environmental <br />regulations; including wetland impact and mitigation. The Developer shall <br />obtain all necessary permits and consents for the project including, but <br />not limited to, the permit required by the Minnesota Department of Health <br />due to the water main extension as well as permission from the City of <br />Vadnais Heights for said extension, any necessary permits required from the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for sanitary sewer main extension, any <br />necessary approvals from Metropolitan Council- Wastewater Services Division <br />for connections to sanitary sewer lines, any permit required by Ramsey <br />County for road access to Vadnais Boulevard, any permit required from the <br />Ramsey- Washington Watershed District for grading and storm water discharge, <br />and any permits or approvals necessary to comply with wetland regulations. <br />The Developer shall reimburse the City for any costs or expenses incurred <br />by the City due to the need for any permits or consents, and shall be <br />responsible for compliance with any other requirements imposed by the <br />agencies in question. <br />4. Development Exhibits. The Developer shall develop the proposed <br />plat in accordance with Exhibit "A ", attached hereto, and on file in the <br />offices of the City; and in accordance with City Council Resolution <br />No. 99 -6 -143 adopted on June 22, 1999. <br />5. Required Improvements. The Developer shall install, at its own <br />expense, the extension of public and private improvements consisting of <br />Page 41 <br />
