The 1999 street repairs project is a combination of curb replacement <br />and bituminous repairs at nine different locations in the City. Plans and specifications were <br />prepared and bids were requested. The lowest bid was submitted by Frattalone Paving at a cost <br />of $19,783. <br />I have reviewed the bid and find it fair and reasonable. I recommend Council approval of <br />Frattalone Paving's bid of $19,783 for the 1999 street repairs project. <br />GS:kp <br />PAGE 207 <br />
