Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NC. 79 -5 -376 - ADVISING MR. ID McCUMBEE <br />TO PRESENT HIS PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MINI - <br />STORAGE RENTAL L BUILDING TO THE CITY1 s PLANNER FOR <br />THE RECOI ^NDATION OP' THE PLANNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau, <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, and Scalze. <br />Noyes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No.5, Page 255. <br />Mr. Frank Winiecke appeared before the Council and requested approval <br />of his constructing a garage over an old foundation located on his <br />property. Mr. Winiecke would like to build a three -stall garage with <br />a square footage of 1,100 square feet. The City's limit on square <br />footage for a garage is 1,000 square feet, therefore, Mr. ::;iniecke <br />would need a variance in order to build this particular sized garage. <br />The foundation over which Mr. Winiecke would like to build his garage <br />is approximately one foot from his property line. The property abutting <br />Mr. Winiecke's has a drainage ditch running through the middle of it. <br />Councilman Fahey stated that while he was not opposed to Mr. :iiniecke's <br />building tne garage over the old foundation on tne Winiecke property, <br />he was opposed to a garage with 1,100 square feet. <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NC. 79 -3 -377 - APPROVING TEE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A GARAGE 3Y _]R. FRANK WITLCKE OVER THE OLD FOUNDATION <br />LOCATED ON THE INIECI O PROPERTY AED GRANTING MR. 'r :LEC:E <br />A VARIANCE LN OIDER THAT THE PitvPOSED GARAGE MAY 8E 1,100 <br />SQUARE FEAT IN SIZE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br />Ayes (4) cannon, DeBace, Nadeau, and Scalze. <br />Noyes (1) Fahey. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 5, Pages 255 ana 256. <br />Mr. Robert Fleming appeared before the Council ana requested approval <br />of a lot split of Lot 1, Block 1 of _loomquist's Lakeside Addition. <br />Mr. Fleming it purchasing 20 feet of property from his neighbor. <br />Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and :roved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2:0. 79 -6 -378 - APPROVING TIE LOT SPLIT OF <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1 9L00MUUI8T1S ",4KFST,_,)'1 E AS ?RESENTED 3Y <br />:J <br />MR.
