Deface introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79 -8 -L12 - APPROVING MR. IAi "L40ND'S LAND <br />FILL 'LAN SUBJECT TO :3. :EAh'MOND RECEIVING Ti'.. APPROVAL <br />CF THE CITY ENGINEER AND ALL OTHER NECESSAPZ APPROVALS <br />AND SUBJECT TO ?L'^c. AOND GRANTING THE CITY THE <br />NECESSARY EASEMENTS TO HOLD AND CLEAN TIE DRAINAGE <br />DITCH AND Ii1STRUCTI G -E CITY ENGINEER TO DEVELOP A <br />TOTAL DRAINAGE PLAN FOR T1 AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) :,eBace, Scalze, Hanson, Nadeau, and Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution .Bois No. 5, Page 279. <br />Mr. Ed McCumber made application for a building permit for the construction <br />of mini- storage buildings on County Road D and Edgerton Street. <br />The City Planner submitted to the Council recommendations regarding <br />this proposal. The Planner is recommending the resubdivision of the <br />two lots into one parcel; that the outdoor storage be on a conditional <br />use basis; that Mr. ;4cCumber submit a landscape plan for the development; <br />and that the City 'ngineer review and comment as to site drainaPe <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the development. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that she was opposed to the development due to the <br />planning Commission's approval by only a three-to-two vote. <br />Mr. :Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-d -113 - APPROVING AND ISSUING A <br />RuaL:DING PERMIT TO MR. ED AcCUMBEE FOR TEL CONSTRUCTION <br />OF MINI-STORAGE BUILDINGS PROVIDED az COMPLIES WITH <br />THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF TIE CITY PLANNER <br />The foregoer; resolution was duly seconded by -:r. Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Nadeau, Fahey, Hanson, and DeBace. <br />Nayes (1) Scalps. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in ?Resolution Boots No. 5, Page 250. <br />(See Clerk's Attachment No. 26 - Planner's Report.) <br />Attorney Parks reported that when the Ditch lb Improvement was made the <br />ditch that was constructed through the Stenger property was not placed <br />in the easement. An easement was negotiated for this ditch, but the <br />ditch was incorrectly run through the temporary construction easement. <br />It is therefore necessary to purchase an easement from Hr. Stenger for <br />where the ditch is located. :arils stated that he has negotiated with <br />:r. Stenger for this easement at a cost to the City of o1,50C.00.
