As part of the 2000 Budget, educational reimbursements are being increased from a <br />maximum to $1,000 per employee to $1,150 per employee. Staff is recommending that <br />the educational reimbursement benefit be limited to permanent full -time employees. <br />Section 15 — Other Information — Educational Reimbursements <br />In order to develop further skills and self - improvement, the City will provide <br />financial assistance to all permanent full time <br />empl yens, w rking a minimum f 20 hours per week n average pr ject d v r a <br />, who continue formal <br />study in areas directly related to their present position. <br />5.
