GOALS FOR THE PROJECT <br />Trail Enhancement <br />Improved Access <br />Improved Safety <br />Improved Linkage <br />Reduced <br />Maintenance <br />The project will provide an enhanced trail experience for the <br />thousands of neighborhood residents and visitors who use the <br />trail system. <br />The project will improve access for people with disabilities. <br />The project will provide a safer trail for the many varied users <br />of the system, The project will benefit hikers, bikers, joggers, <br />roller bladers and skate boarders. <br />The project will improve the linkage to other community parks, <br />trails, city center, school and neighborhood. <br />The project will provide a trail system that is more durable and <br />easily maintained than the existing trail. <br />3.
