IIINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 24, 1997 Fahey suggested that the City Engineer work with Frattalone on an interim grading plan that would accommodate both an office and industrial -type of development. The grading permit for this plan could be acted upon at the time a PUD rezoning is considered. Morelan suggested that action on the interim grading plan could occur at the next. Council meeting. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was closed. The City Planner suggested that Frattalone withdraw his application for rezoning to I -P, and that the applicant reapply for the PUD zoning. Frattalone indicated withdrawal of his application for I -P zoning and reported that he would reapply for a PUD rezoning. Fahey suggested that staff advertise both the PUD rezoning as well as an I -P rezoning so that the Council is not limited in the options it has available. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97 -9 -227 — ACCEPTING MR. FRANK FRATTALONE'S WITHDRAWAL OF HIS APPLICATION TO REZONE THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT PROPERTY TO INDUSTRIAL -PARK (I -P), AND ACCEPTING HIS APPLICATION FOR REZONING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97 -9 -228 — REFERRING THE GRADING OF THE ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT PROPERTY TO THE CITY ENGINEER AND REQUESTING THAT HE WORK WITH MR.
