The <br />enclosed Amendment increases the monthly retainer for misdemeanor <br />criminal legal services from $3,140.00 to $3,500.00 per month. <br />Otherwise, the provisions of the existing Retainer Agreement <br />remain in effect, as approved on December 21, 1994, and as <br />amended on January 14, 1998. <br />Assuming the enclosed executed Amendment is acceptable, <br />would you please have the Council authorize execution of the same <br />by the Mayor and you, and return an executed copy to me for my <br />file.
