The following drawings and photographs of site. <br />a. A clear site plan drawn to scale showing the proposed and existing buildings, <br />landscaping and screening, utilities, employee parking, customer parking, and <br />drives. (five copies) <br />b. A drawing or photograph of the appearance of any new construction. <br />2. A written statement proposal statement describing the intended use, location, materials, <br />and equipment intended to be stored in this area. The statement should include how <br />many businesses and employees are located in the building. <br />3.
