6. The City of Little Canada makes every effort to keep costs at a minimum, however <br />should the costs exceed your initial application fee, the applicant will be responsible for <br />the costs. <br />Procedure: <br />7. Return your completed application, cost agreement, and all supporting documentation to <br />Kathy Glanzer, at least seventeen days prior to the Planning Commission meeting. (The <br />Planning Commission meeting meets on the second Thursday of each month.) Your <br />application will be scheduled for review by the Planning Commission, which will make a <br />recommendation to the City Council. <br />8. Your application will be scheduled for a public hearing before the City Council. A notice <br />of pubic hearing will be mailed to you as well as property owners within 350 feet of the <br />subject property. The Council will hear your presentation, comments from City staff as <br />well as the general public, and then make a decision. <br />9. The City is required to process requests such as this within 60 days of receipt of a <br />complete application process. If your application package is not complete or additional <br />information is required, you will be notified as such by City staff. The City's 60 -day <br />review period will commence on the date of receipt of all necessary submittals. <br />10.
