Hanson <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />SUMP PUMP INSPECTION PROGRAM <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The Council of the City of Little Canada will hold a Public <br />Hearing to consider the adoption of its City -wide sump pump <br />inspection program guidelines pursuant to MN Statutes Section <br />471.342, Subdivision 4. <br />CITY COUNCIL: Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the <br />City Council on Tuesday, May 25, 1999 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon <br />thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the City Council meeting on <br />Tuesday, May 25, 1999. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing - impaired persons are available for public hearings upon <br />request.
