MINUTES
City Council
May 23, 1986
Twin Lake`
Shores 2nd
Addition
(Cont.)
‘Nr
It was pointed out that the Klidzejs property division was held
up on the issue of this road easement. Scalze pointed out that
without the easement Klidzejs did not have a buildable lot.
Mr. Edmundson suggested that the City require the easement at the
time that Lot 1 would be divided.
Mr. Fahey felt that to be consistant with what was done in the
Klidzejs property division, the additional road easement be
required from the Mitchell's to the back of Klidzejs' Tract 3.
Fahey felt that any assessment for the road should be borne by
Mr. Klidzejs until such time as the Mitchell's property was
further subdivided.
Fahey felt that the only effect on the Mitchell's at this point
was granting additional road easement. Fahey felt that the
Engineer and Attorney should obtain the additional easement so
that there is a total of 50 feet of road right -of -way.
Mr. Edmundson indicated that the Mitchell's were willing to accept
these terms.
There was no one else from the audience wishing to speak.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION MO. 86 -5 -209 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE TWItd LAKE SHORES SECOND ADDITION
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova.
Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Fahey, Nardini.
Nays (0).
Resolution declared adopted.
This resolution appears in Resolution Book Mo. 15, Page 205.
Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86 -5 -210 - APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF THE TWIN LAKE SHORES 2ND ADDITION SUBJECT
TO MRS.
