Mardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book Ho. 15, Page 529. <br />Mr. Blaine Edmundson has requested Council approval of the final <br />plat for Twin Lake Shores Second Addition. <br />The City Engineer reported that the plat is in order with proper <br />road dedications being made, however, recommended that drainage <br />easements be increased from five feet to six feet. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolutionand roved its adoption: <br />RESOL'UTIO;! MO. 36 -10 -455 - APPROVING THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF THE T':JIN LAKE SHORES SECOND <br />ADDITION PROVIDED THAT THE FIVE FOOT DRAINAGE <br />EASE?TENTS ARE CHANGED TO SIX FOOT EASEMENTS <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ';s. Nardini <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, 3lesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book !lo. 15, Pane 539. <br />Mr. Dave Lawson, attorney representing Lee Nugent of F S L <br />Construction, appeared before the Council and reported that ''s. <br />Nugent was called out -of -town on a family emergency and could <br />not attend tonight's meeting. Lawson requested that the matter <br />be tabled for two weeks so that Ms. Nugent could be present. <br />The City Attorney suggested that the Council listen to the <br />testimony at tonight's meeting, and, hopefully, the matter could <br />be resolved prior to the next Council meeting. <br />'Ir. Lawson and '.r. Roman Thies, foreman for F L Construction, <br />requested that the matter be postponed until later in the meeting <br />so that they might have an opportunity to confer. <br />PAGE 12 <br />
