The Project Manager and team members will be assigned at contract <br />commencement based on workload and availability. Each team member brings extensive <br />experience serving clients like the City of Little Canada and with similar engagements, requiring <br />minimal orientation. <br />MGT cross-trains staff to ensure consistent project coverage. If a team member takes leave or <br />departs during the engagement, MGT will assign a comparably qualified professional to <br />maintain continuity and keep deliverables on schedule. <br />Resumes for each proposed team member are provided in Appendix B. <br /> <br />Exhibit 1.
