MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2012 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -9 -169 — CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING AND TABLING ACTION ON THE PROPOSED ZONING <br />CODE AMENDMENT RELATIVE TO INDOOR AUTO RETAIL <br />SALES ZONING AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT SECTIONS OF <br />THE CODE UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUTO - RELATED <br />MORATORIUM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -9 -170 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*AWARD THE QUOTE FOR 2012 PAVEMENT MARKINGS <br />PROJECT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BOW & The City Administrator reported that Frank Frattalone has made <br />ARROW application for a bow and arrow permit for himself and his son to <br />DEER hunt deer during the season on his property at 3205 Spruce Street. <br />HUNTING The Administrator reported that a similar permit was issued in 2011, <br />PERMIT — and recommended that the same hunt rules apply for a 2012 permit. <br />FRATTALONE The Administrator pointed out that the property is isolated from other <br />properties. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -9 -171— APPROVING A BOW AND ARROW <br />PERMIT TO HUNT DEER DURING THE DEER HUNTING <br />SEASON ON 3205 COUNTRY DRIVE TO MESSRS. FRANK AND <br />TONY FRATTALONE SUBJECT TO THE SAME RULES THAT <br />APPLIED TO THEIR 2011 PERMIT <br />16 <br />
