MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 26, 2012 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. WORKSHOP The City Administrator recommended that the workshop meeting with WITH Ramsey County Sheriff Bostrom be rescheduled from October 10, 2012 SHERIFF BOSTROM to November 14, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The Administrator reported that Sheriff Bostrom is not available on October 10th. The Administrator indicated that in addition to the report from Sheriff Bostrom, there may be some information update items presented by City staff. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2012-9-172 — RESCHEDULING THE OCTOBER 10, 2012 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING TO WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2012 AT 6:00 P.M. THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO RECEIVE A REPORT FROM RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF BOSTROM AND AN INFORMATION UPDATE FROM CITY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (4). Nays (0). CALL FOR The City Administrator recommended that a Budget Workshop be BUDGET scheduled for Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The WORKSHOP Administrator indicated that the focus of this workshop will likely be capital improvement and some additional budget areas.
