MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 26, 2012
Keis suggested that it would be helpful to have a list of annotating and
storage apps. Boss indicated that some level of training would also be
good. Heiser agreed that both could be provided.
Montour suggested that the next steps would be to research and develop a
policy, determine a delivery procedure as well as frequency and amount of
stipend. The Administrator indicated that if it is the consensus of the
Council that the City should move to a paperless agenda, staff will put a
recommendation together.
Heiser suggested that given the amount of information the City already
has on Laserfiche, he would suggest consideration of that program for the
delivery method.
The Administrator indicated that staff would put together a
recommendation to the Council by the end of the year. The consensus was
that the recommendation be modeled after St. Anthony's.
SOCIAL The City Administrator noted that one of the recommendations from the
MEDIA 2011 Goal Setting Session was to "Upgrade the City's Website /Social
Media ".
