MINUTES <br />PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT — <br />GILANDERI <br />ADDITION <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />April 9, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9`i' <br />day of April, 1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Gene Delonais <br />Scott Barraclough <br />Dennis Carson <br />John Keis <br />Dan Knudsen <br />Rick Montour <br />Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Dan Licht, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the March 12, 1998 regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission were approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Dick Kimmes appeared before the Commission seeking approval of <br />of the preliminary plat for the Gilanderi Addition. Mr. Kimmes reported <br />that he has developed Plan B for the drainage for the plat which provides <br />for ponding on proposed Lot 1. Kimmes also presented a picture of how a <br />house would look when developed on Lot 1. Kimmes reported that he <br />does not have all the answers this evening, but was hoping that enough <br />information could be provided so the Commission could recommend <br />approval of the preliminary plat. He pointed out that all details could be <br />worked out prior to presentation of the final plat. Kimmes further reported <br />that he held a meeting on Monday evening with the neighbors, although <br />only three attended. <br />Kimmes felt there were three issues of discussion relative to the <br />preliminary plat. These are the density, the drainage, and the street <br />development. With regard to density, Kimmes pointed out that he is <br />Page 21 <br />
