NWHP & Little Canada Suggested Guidelines <br />Property Eligibility: <br />•Residential unit must be a manufactured home located in a park community in Little Canada. <br />•Residential unit must be owner-occupied for the term of the loan. <br />•Properties that are governed by a park community must receive written approval for planned exterior improvements in accordance with the guidelines of this loan program and association by-laws and/or covenants.
