<br />Administration Department Comparable Communities:
<br />The Administration Department has identified 14 comparable communities that would be
<br />beneficial when researching best practices.
<br />
<br />Those communities include Arden Hills, Lake Elmo, Mahtomedi, Maplewood, Mendota Heights,
<br />Mounds View, New Brighton, North St. Paul, Roseville, Shoreview, Spring Lake Park, St.
<br />Anthony, Vadnais Heights, and White Bear Lake. This list was developed utilizing the proposed
<br />compensation study list, service offerings, geographic proximity, and cities within the 9 Cities
<br />group. Table 2 outlines data for the proposed Administration comparable communities list.
