<br />Parks and Recreation Department Comparable Communities:
<br />The Parks and Recreation Department has identified 10 comparable communities that would be
<br />beneficial when researching best practices.

<br />Those communities include Arden Hills, Lake Elmo, Maplewood, Mendota Heights, Mounds
<br />View, North St. Paul, Roseville, Shoreview, Spring Lake Park, and Vadnais Heights. This list
<br />was developed utilizing the proposed compensation study list, service offerings, and geographic
<br />proximity. Table 5 outlines data for the proposed Parks and Rec comparable communities list.
