NC <br />MEMORANDUM <br />NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING - DESIGN - MARKET RESEARCH <br />TO: Little Canada Planning Commission <br />FROM: Stephen Grittman <br />DATE: May 11, 1998 <br />RE: Little Canada - Lancette Lot Split <br />FILE NO: 758.09 - 98.09 <br />Mr. Greg Lancette has requested a concept review of a subdivsion of his property at 791 <br />LaBore Road. The property contains a single family home, and is several hundred feet <br />deep north of LaBore Road. The proposal would be to split the parcel with the house from <br />the remainder of the property, creating one additional building site. The new building site <br />could be later subdivided to accommodate the eventual extension of Leeward Way, ending <br />in a cul -de -sac as shown on "Option A" plan in the Leeward Way Extension study. <br />We would expect that this subdivision would be in keeping with the intent of the Leeward <br />Way study, which was to ensure that lot splits would not interfere with the logical <br />development of the remainder of the vacant land. This subdivision would be in keeping <br />with that expectation.
