Members of the City Council, Community Pride Committee, Planning <br />Commission, Parks & Recreation Commission, Canadian Days Committee, Little <br />Canada Recreation Association, Little Canada Historical Society, 55+ Club, Little <br />Canada Fire Department, Ramsey County Sheriff's Department, and City <br />department heads. <br />The 10% Prioritization Committee will then rank the requests by weighted voting <br />in formulating their funding recommendation for the City Council. (An example <br />of weighted voting would be five items to be considered. Top priority gets 5 <br />points, 2 "d gets 4, 3rd gets 3, 4d' gets 2, and 5d' gets 1. Most total points will be <br />ranked first (1s`) and so on until all items are ranked. Items may be groups to <br />facilitate the ranking process.) <br />Final Decision <br />The City Council is the final authority in making funding decisions.
