MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 24, 2012 <br />Blesener asked if the Watershed was comfortable with the two year <br />timeframe. Aichinger replied that they were, indicating that their hope is <br />for a shorter timeframe. <br />Keis asked about the tax implications of taking this property off the tax <br />rolls. The City Administrator replied that he was not sure, and did not feel <br />there would be a large impact given the hulk of the former Norm's site <br />will remain on the tax rolls. <br />McGraw asked the plans for the swale are between the two sites. <br />Aichinger reported that the swale would remain. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -10 -186 — APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION SUBDIVIDING A PORTION OF 477 LITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD (FORMER NORM'S TIRES PROPERTY) AND COMBINING <br />IT WITH 2665 NOEL DRIVE (WATERSHED DISTRICT PROPERTY) <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER, CITY ENGINEER, AND PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
