Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that in order to qualify for Local <br />Performance Aid from the State, the City has to conduct a survey of <br />residents gauging performance satisfaction. During 2011 the City <br />conducted a Community Survey, which qualified in meeting this <br />criteria. In order to qualify this year, a survey was conducted through the <br />League of Minnesota Cities utilizing Survey Monkey. The availability of <br />this survey was advertised on the City's web site, in its newsletter, on <br />water bills, and via an article in the Roseville - Little Canada Review. Even <br />with this extent of advertising, only 50 responses were received. <br />The Administrator then reviewed the results which were as follows: <br />Overall Appearance of the City <br />Overall Feeling of Safety <br />Overall Quality of Fire Protection <br />Overall Condition of City Streets <br />Overall Quality of Snow Plowing <br />Dependability and Overall Quality <br />Of Sanitary Sewer <br />Dependability and Quality of <br />City Water Supply <br />3 <br />85% - Excellent to Good <br />90% - Excellent to Good <br />79% - Excellent to Good <br />85% - Excellent to Good <br />88% - Excellent to Good <br />98% - Excellent to Good <br />90% - Excellent to Good <br />
