MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 9, 2008 <br />The City Administrator pointed out that most of the inlets go directly into <br />Savage Lake. Again, it was noted that a meeting will be held with the <br />Watershed to explore the options. Huot requested a notice of this meeting. <br />Blesener noted that when the Watershed held the meeting on the Savage <br />Lake relative to lily pad control, only two property owners attended the <br />meeting. <br />Allan requested that the Public Works Superintendent show her and <br />McGraw the inlet system prior to the meeting with the Watershed. <br />McGraw asked about the freeway drainage system. The Superintendent <br />reported that he would obtain updated information from MN DOT on this <br />system prior to the meeting. <br />The Council thanked Waite and Huot for their information, and again <br />noted that a meeting will be scheduled with the Watershed to review the <br />matters discussed this evening in further depth. <br />CONSENT Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-4-95 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF THE CITY'S ASSESSMENT <br />POLICYAS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADMINIS- Blesener recommended removal of the Amendment to the City <br />TRATOR'S Administrator's employment contract from the agenda. He indicated <br />EMPLOYMENT that it has been determined that the amendment is not necessary. <br />CONTRACT <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-4-96 -DELETING THE CONSIDERATION <br />OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FROM THE <br />AGENDA <br />
