The final landscape plan <br />is to be approved by consensus of the impacted residents and the City. Funding for this <br />work shall be accomplished by an additional allocation in the project's budget that does <br />not reduce landscaping available to the overall project area nor limit other landscaping <br />work that will take place in Little Canada. <br />• Provide Little Canada three percent (3 %) sound harrier enhancement money based on the <br />costs of sound barriers constructed in our community as part of this project.
