McGraw asked how NYFS gets its interns. <br />Hromatka replied that interns come from several colleges and are typically <br />youth studies or psychology students. <br />Blesener asked about the diversion program. Hromatka explained the <br />program which deals with juvenile offenders from a positive aspect rather <br />than a punitive one, as directed by County Attorney John Choi. <br />Hromatka thanked the Council for the opportunity to address them this <br />evening. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1 -12 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO INFRATECH FOR THE <br />INTERCEPTOR PROJECT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVING ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENTS FOR <br />DA071330 AND DB071329 AS REQUESTED BY RAMSEY COUNTY; <br />*APPROVING THE SCORE GRANT AGREEMENT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />*ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE <br />SCHEDULE RELATIVE TO FACILITY RENTAL FEES AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DIRECTOR; <br />*AMENDING THE GENERAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />BUDGET AS RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR; <br />*APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE 2013 ASSESSMENT CAP <br />RATE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
