The major <br />change to this would be if the industrial building in front of Donovan were to be removed, <br />in which case adequate room for a street would be available. Therefore, we would <br />recommend that either Donovan or Roseville be permitted to expand on their current sites <br />with improvement of the easement driveway, but without requirement of a full City street. <br />With regard to the office trailer, its storage inside one of Donovan's buildings does not <br />appear to be a violation of any zoning regulation.
