Mr. Joel Hanson
March 23, 1997
Page Two
4. Flexibility. We are not rigid in our approach to this project. We know that plans can always be
improved through a collaboration approach. We hope that the City Council, community, and city
administration will all join us in working to make our initial plans even better.
5. Strong Retail Design Experience. We feel that our architectural team will be one of the best in
the county for retail design. We plan to use design leaders in the Twin Cities architectural
community noted for their flexibility and sensitivity to local community issues and needs.
Thank you for letting us develop this proposal. We look forward to meeting with the City Council to
discuss it further.
Yours truly,
THE WALL COMPANIES
Callij
Albert Esther
Senior Vice President
Enclosure
Page 8
