City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.020, 913.020, 913.030, AND <br />913.040 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE, BY DELETING PROVISIONS FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE AS A <br />PERMITTED USE. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.020.0.5. is hereby deleted. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 913.020.0. is hereby deleted. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 913.030.C. is hereby deleted. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 913.040.A.3. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />3. Storage area is paved with asphalt, concrete, or other <br />material approved by the City Council. <br />Section 5. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
